The short version: we ask for an email address and nothing else. There is no KYC here, which is most of the reason people use this service.
What we collect
An email address, so we can deliver your redemption code and renewal reminders. This is the only personal detail we ask for.
Order details: the plan, term, price, coin and the resulting order and payment identifiers.
Payment records from NOWPayments, including the payment status callbacks we receive. These contain blockchain identifiers, not your identity.
Standard server logs, including IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
What we do not collect
No identity documents, no KYC, no selfies. There is no account to create and no password to store.
No Claude account credentials. We never ask for them and you should never provide them.
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a 30-day affiliate attribution cookie, and only if you arrive through a referral link.
How gift codes are stored
Redemption codes are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they touch the database. They are decrypted only when served to you on your own tokenised order page or sent in your delivery email.
Who we share with
NOWPayments, to process your payment. They receive the order amount and identifier, not your email.
Resend, to deliver transactional email. They process your email address and message content.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share customer data, and there is very little of it to share.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as needed to honour refunds, renewals and our own accounting obligations. Raw payment callback payloads are retained for reconciliation and dispute handling.
You can ask us to delete your email address from our records at any time — note that this ends renewal reminders and makes it harder to help you with a later refund claim.
Your rights
Write to support@claudewithcrypto.store to request a copy of what we hold about an order, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Include your order reference so we can locate it.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which guides are useful. It does not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites.
