Editorial standards

We sell something, and we also publish guides about the problem our product solves. That is a conflict of interest, and the only useful response to one is to be explicit about how we handle it. This page says what we do, in terms you can check against any page on the site.

Free fixes come before the sale

Where a reader’s problem has a free solution, the free solution is published first and in full, above anything we sell. Our declined-card guide works through all six causes before it mentions buying anything, and the no-credit-card guide ranks our own product last of five methods because four of them cost less.

We name competitors, including when they beat us

Our reseller comparison publishes competitors’ prices next to ours and states plainly that we are more expensive on Claude Max. Every figure carries the date it was checked, because prices move and an undated comparison is a claim you cannot verify.

What we will not publish

  • Invented reviews, ratings, testimonials, awards or certifications. Our rating figure counts real ratings from delivered orders and nothing else — when nobody has written a comment, the page says so rather than quoting one we made up.
  • Instant-delivery claims. Fulfilment is a person buying a gift subscription by hand, so we publish a 12-hour SLA instead.
  • Guarantees about availability in countries Anthropic does not serve. Those pages say no and do not sell.
  • Statistics we cannot source, and traffic or customer numbers we have not measured.

How guides are revised

Every guide carries a visible last-updated date and a separate publication date. We do not bump those dates on a timer — a revision date that moves without the text changing is a signal search engines learn to ignore, and it misleads readers about how current the advice is. The oldest guide on the site was last revised 2026-07-26.

Guides are reviewed when the underlying facts change: a bank policy, a regulator’s position, Anthropic’s pricing, or a competitor’s terms. Country pages are the most volatile, because foreign-exchange rules move quickly, and several of them say so on the page itself.

Sources and their limits

Country-specific claims come from regulators’ published positions and from what local banks actually implement, which are not always the same thing. Where a rule is contested, changing, or varies by bank, we say so rather than flattening it into a confident sentence. We do not give legal or tax advice, and several country pages tell you to check your own position rather than rely on ours.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and change the revision date. Email support@claudewithcrypto.store — corrections from readers who know a market better than we do are the main way these pages improve.

Who writes this

ClaudeWithCrypto is operated by a small independent team rather than a named public author, and we would rather say that than invent a byline and a photograph. The practical consequence is that you should weigh these guides on whether they check out — the dates, the named regulators, the competitor prices you can verify yourself — rather than on an author’s credentials. See about for what the business actually is.
