Tell us within 48 hours and we replace it or refund in full, less the network fee. Include your order ID and what claude.ai said when you tried to redeem — “already redeemed” and “invalid” are different problems with different fixes. The refund policy sets out exactly what you are entitled to.

Check the order page linked in your confirmation email first — it shows whether the transaction is waiting for manual verification, confirmed, or needs correction. If the status shows paid and it has been longer than 12 hours, email us with the order ID and we will tell you exactly where it is.

• Your order ID, which looks like CWC-XXXXX-XXXXX and is in your confirmation email.
• The email address you used at checkout, if you are writing from a different one.
• The public transaction ID, if the question is about a payment. It lets us verify the exact transfer on the correct chain.
• What you saw, in your own words — the exact error text is more useful than a summary.

We will never ask for your Claude account password, and no legitimate service will. If anyone claiming to be us asks for it, they are not us.
